Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings of Dubai Kartdrome/Dubai Autodrome experiences.
These terms and conditions replace any earlier terms and conditions in relation to Dubai Kartdrome experiences, and no variation to these terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed by Dubai Autodrome in writing. By booking with the Dubai Autodrome you agree on behalf of yourself and, if not yourself, the participant, to be bound by them in their entirety.
VOUCHER USUAGE TERMS
1. Downloaded or Email Vouchers must be used in full and cannot be partially used.
2. Gift Vouchers are non refundable, cannot be extended, are non transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
3. Gift Voucher must be presented upon arrival.
4. When purchased online, the purchaser and the recipient have a responsibility to ensure that the unique voucher code is not disclosed to others-by printing the voucher multiple times.
5. Each voucher will be valid for a single redemption only.
6. All bookings are subject to availability and change.
7. Check Kartdrome availability before arriving to the venue or book online using the voucher code.(Click on "Voucher Delivery" tab)
COVID-19 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY & PARTICIPATION
1. Guests must always bring and wear their own masks guests not wearing a mask will be refused entry.
2. Dubai Kartdrome have sanitised helmets, suits, gloves and balaclavas which is provide included in the session free of charge.
3. No spectators are permitted to access to the venue. Entry is strictly for guests taking part in activities.
4. Dubai Kartdrome will check guest temperature upon entry into the venue. If any guest’s temperature is found to be above the range stipulated by Dubai Government Authorities (38C), the guest will be asked to cool off inside their car or in the shade, before rechecking again. A guest’s temperature still above the recommended range will be refused access.
5. All guests must sanitise their hands at Dubai Kartdrome main entrance sanitiser station before proceeding through to reception.
6. Guests must always self-distance and not form groups. There will be floor stickers and posters with self-distancing measures throughout around the venue 2-meters apart.
7. Guests are advised to arrive to the venue in comfortable attire so that race suits can easily be fitted over the top of clothing.
8. Guests must use the waste bins provided and must not leave any discarded face masks, gloves or food packaging around.

REQUIREMENTS FOR: OUTDOOR CIRCUIT ACTIVITIES
1. Arrive & Drive Sessions: 15-minutes timed session which includes 3-minutes behind the pace kart, with approximately 12 minutes driving for the remainder of the session.
2. AED 11 fee is chargeable to all participants each year. If it is your first time participating, this fee will be charged.
3. Arrive & Drive Karting guests must be 13-years old and over. (ID Required).
4. Driver Height: Minimum height of 1.57m, to drive the Senior Sodi RX7/RX8
5. Maximum weight is 135kg.
6. Race overalls, gloves covering fingers and thumbs and a full-face helmet must always be worn during karting sessions.
7. Clear helmet visors only to be worn after sunset.
8. Closed toe shoes must be worn - guests are responsible for their own footwear and no sandals allowed.
9. Sign the disclaimer at registration - guests below the age of 18-years old requires a Parent/Legal Guardian to sign on their behalf.
10. Guests must produce valid ID when registering (Emirates ID, Passport, Driving License).
11. Moto-cross helmets, off-road helmets and skydiving helmets are not permitted as they do not comply to comply to Kartdrome safety policy. Only certified full-face helmets with a visor are permitted. Tinted visors after sunset is not permitted. Any other helmet deemed to be unsafe and in Dubai Kartdrome's opinion not suitable shall not be permitted. Helmets that meet ECER 22.05 as a minimum standard.
REQUIREMENTS FOR: INDOOR CIRCUIT
1. Arrive & Drive Sessions: 15-minutes timed session which includes 3-minutes behind the pace kart, with approximately 12 minutes driving for the remainder of the session.
2. Arrive & Drive Karting guests must be 7-years old and over. (ID Required)
3. AED 11 fee is chargeable to all participants each year. If it is your first time participating, this fee will be charged.
4. Driver height: Minimum height of 1m 25cm, to drive the Junior LR4/LR5 karts.
5. Age Group Juniors: 7-12 years old are provided with Junior Sodi LR4/LR5 karts.
6. Age Group Seniors: 13 years and over are provided with Senior Sodi RX7/RX8 karts.
7. Maximum weight is 135kg.

14. Junior and Senior sessions are run in different sessions.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND PARTICIPATION
You agree on behalf of yourself and the driver to/that:
1. observe all circuit/track rules and regulations and all instructions given by Dubai Autodrome, including our Kartdrome coordinators.
2. observe and comply with any advice, instruction, request or decision made by us whether on the grounds of the safety of the driver or any other person or for any other reason at all.
3. understand that our opinion on all matters regarding safety will be final.
4. any driver acting in a manner which, in our opinion, is dangerous or may interfere with or disrupt the experience, Dubai Kartdrome will at our sole discretion and without further liability to us immediately have the experience terminated without refund.
5. arrive at the venue without having consumed any alcohol prior to the arriving. Dubai Kartdrome will be entitled to prevent any guest from driving who, in our opinion, may have consumed alcohol beforehand.
6. that Dubai Kardrome can reject your participation in a session unless they have attended the full safety briefing preceding the experience.
7. all guests, without exception, must wear their own or the provided crash helmet, race suit, gloves and suitable sports shoes. Sandals are not allowed.
OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS
1. Offers, deals, promotions or rewards from Dubai Kartdrome or any other 3rd party vendor cannot be used in conjunction with another offers, deals, promotions or rewards.
2. Offers, deals or promotions cannot be availed during public holidays.
3. Offers, deals or promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or additional discounts on existing Dubai Kartdrome products.
4. Dubai Kartdrome reserve the right to stop any offers, deals, promotions or rewards at any time and for any reason.
5. Entertainer offers cannot be booked in advanced using online bookings. This is only for Arrive-and-Drive customers who arrive with no prior bookings.
6. When a ‘Buy 2 get 3rd Session Free’ offer is made active, this offer must be used by one person and on the same day. It cannot be used by multiple individuals.
CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, NO SHOWS
1. No refunds will be provided for online or over the counter bookings made.
2. Dubai Kartdrome will not be held responsible for participants missing their session, incorrect bookings or arriving late.
3. Dubai Kartdrome reserve the right to cancel an activity due to adverse weather conditions that may affect your safety. Dubai Kartdrome cannot be held liable for any costs incurred in this circumstance. You will be entitled to use an alternative experience session no more than three months after the initial cancelled experience.
4. Dubai Kartdrome reserve the right to cancel an activity due to any governmental directive provided. Dubai Kartdrome cannot be held liable for any costs incurred in this circumstance
SOCIAL MEDIA
1. By entering this venue, you are agreeing that should any digital content (images or videos) be generated by Dubai Autodrome, or accredited Dubai Autodrome photographers or videographers, Dubai Autodrome incurs the right to use this content for promotional use.
2. Dubai Autodrome will always ask the user permission before publishing self-user generated content.
